Install Door and Door Hardware
Place the hinge so that it is flush with the edge of
the door as show, and the metal plate when
upright is ½" from the edge of the door.
Based on room layout, determine which side of
the cabinet to install the door hinges. Lay the
cabinet down on that side. Lay DOOR upside
down next to cabinet, centered on the cabinet.
The pointed ears on the HINGE should rest along
the edge of the cabinet and there should be
about a ½" gap between the door and cabinet.
Drill 3/32" pilot holes, ¼" deep and secure the
two HINGES with four ROUND HEAD SCREWS.
Install magnetic CATCH within the upper
storage area on the side opposite the hinges
as shown. The plastic face surrounding the
magnet should be flush with the cabinet
edge. Drill 3/32" pilot holes ¼" deep and
secure with two ROUND HEAD SCREWS.
