Function Description

RESISTANCE ADJUSTMENT

There are numbers on the resistance
dial ranging from 1 to 8. Number 1 is
the least amount of resistance offered
and number 8 is the maximum amount
offered. To increase the resistance, turn
the dial clockwise. To decrease the
resistance, turn the dial anticlockwise.

SEAT ADJUSTMENT

Turn the seat adjustment knob
counter-clockwise to loosen. Pull the
knob outward and move the seat up
and down at the same time. Once the
required position is reached, release
and tighten the knob.
LOCK THE WHEEL
NOTE: The rear wheels are lockable.
Do not use the equipment until the rear
wheels are locked.
Press down the button on the rear wheels
to lock.
TABLE ADJUSTMENT
Turn the post adjustment knob
counter-clockwise to loosen. Pull the
knob outward and move the post up
and down at the same time. Once the
required position is reached, release
and tighten the knob.
