15. Do not pull the power plug out of the wall outlet by the power cord, and
do not wrap the power cord around the appliance.
16. If an extension cord is used, its capacity needs to be suitable for the
power consumed by the appliance.

17. Do not operate the appliance with wet hands or while standing on a wet
floor. Do not touch the power plug with wet hands.
18. Connect the power plug with an easily reachable wall outlet so that in
case of an emergency the appliance can be unplugged immediately.
Pull the power plug out of the wall outlet to completely switch off the
appliance. Use the power plug as the disconnect device which shall
remain readily accessible.
19. Unplug from the wall outlet when not in use and before cleaning.
20. Under no circumstances open the appliance casing. Do not insert any
foreign objects into the inside of the casing.
21. Never use accessories which are not recommended by the
manufacturer. They could pose a safety risk to the user and might
damage the appliance. Only use original parts and accessories.
22. Do not place the appliance on hot plates (gas, electric, coal cooking
range etc.). Keep the appliance away from hot surfaces and open
flames. Operate the appliance on a level, stable, clean, heat-resistant
and dry surface.
23. Never leave the appliance unattended during use.
24. Dry the appliance and all accessories before connecting to the power
supply.
25. Do not move the appliance while it contains hot liquid or while it is hot.
26. Danger of burns! The surfaces of the appliance become very hot
during use.
27. Clean the appliance and the gastronorm container after each use.
28. Do not carry the filled appliance, use a wheeled trolley.
29. Do not overfill the appliance. Fill the appliance only up to the MAX
marking. Do not let the appliance run dry. Refill water, if necessary.
30. Cover the gastronorm container with a lid, if it contains food and it is not
being served.
31. Place the appliance at the service location in a way that tripping over
the power cord is not possible.
32. Preheat the appliance. Make sure that the temperature is constant
during the serving time.
33. Fill the prepared food into a gastronorm container.
34. Place the gastronorm container in the appliance. Pay attention to your
fingers that they do not touch the metal edges or hot surface.
35. Use gloves to insert the gastronorm container.
