Extinguishing fireplace
Forbidden extinguish the fire with water!
It's best to burn the fire compartment until the bio-ethanol has been completely used
up, so that when reigniting the bio-ethanol it will be safe enough.
Furthermore, it is also could avoids the smell of alcohol spreading in the room.
Place the fire extinguisher directly on top of fire opening for at least 1 min, in order to
extinguish fire.
Re-fill and re-ignite fireplace
Forbidden to add bio-ethanol on to an active fire or into the fire compartment if
it is still hot!!!
Cool off 15 minutes
1. Follow through "Extinguishing fireplace" steps before you refill ethanol fuel.
2. The fireplace must cool off for at least 15 minutes with the burner
after the fire has gone out or has been used up as described under "Extinguishing
bio-ethanol".
3. Then refill the burner (for this see "Adding bio-ethanol")
4. Light up the bio-ethanol as described under "Igniting the bio-ethanol".
