1. Lift the baffl e (Fig. 4-1) up carefully.
2. Remove the pins (Fig. 4-2).
3. Ease the baffl e out.

1. Lift the exhaust defl ector (Fig. 5-1) up carefully.
2. Remove the pins (Fig. 5-2).
3. Ease the exhaust defl ector out.

1. Unscrew the outer heat shield (Fig. 6-1).
2. Remove the knockout (Fig. 6-2).

1. Unscrew the inner heat shield (fi g. 7-1).
2. Remove the knockout (Fig. 7-2).

1. Remove the cast iron cover (Fig. 8-1) from inside the burn
chamber.
2. Fit the cast iron cover in the top outlet hole.

1. Attach the loose smoke outlet (Fig. 9-1) which is inside the
ash pan to the outlet using the retaining clips and screws
from the service package.
For re-installation follow the same procedure in the opposite
sequence.
