PS-630E
Power Manager
BATTERY LOW LED: it lights up in yellow, as a warning, if the battery voltage sinks below approx.
20.0 VDC in an emergency power case. The emergency power ends at battery voltage of approx.
18.0 V. The total discharge protection then separates all consumer outputs from the battery.
BATTERT FAIL LED: it lights up in yellow after approx. 1 minute after power on, If the battery and
the battery circuit (including internal and external cell connectors and fuse) are too high in
impedance (over 0.1 Ohm). The fault will be reported via the dry contact signal pin7~9, pin7, pin8
become short circuit.
Relay Dry Contact pin assignment
CHARGER / AC IN:
1 = Normally Closed
2 = Common
3 = Normally Open
In fault condition 1‐2 become open circuit.
CONTROLLER OK:
4 = Normally Closed
5 = Common
6 = Normally Open
In fault condition 4‐5 become open circuit.
BATTERY FAIL:
7 = Normally Closed
8 = Common
9 = Normally Open
In fault condition 7‐8 become short circuit.
