SPECIFICATIONS
Flow rate per turn: 280 ccm
Flow rate per minute: approx. 20 L (72 turn)
Adaptor thread size: 2" NTP
CRANK ARM & HANDLE ASSEMBLY
1. Remove one (A) from the threaded shaft of the handle
2. Using fingers, tighten the remaining nut (B) against the
plastic handle
3. Insert the nut that was removed in step 1
4. Thread the metal shaft of the pump handle into the crank arm
until the shaft is flush with the back side of the nut (A) in the
crank arm.
5. Loosen the nut (B) from plastic handle and tighten against
the crank arm.
Note: Plastic handle should spin freely on the threaded metal
shaft when properly assembled.
LUBRICATION
Spray into the pump body using a PTFE type lubricant spray. If
pumping solvents, the pump should be lubricated once a week or
more depending on use. It should be rinsed thoroughly after each
use with a suitable solvent for the material being pumped.
