VI. MAINTENANCE OF THE PRONEB TURBO
TUBING MAINTENANCE
If there is any moisture or condensation in the tubing after the treatment, let the compres-
sor run with only the tubing attached for 10 minutes. The warm air from the compressor
will dry the moisture or condensation in the tubing. Alternatively, you can dry the tubing
by removing it from the compressor and hanging it up with the "ends down" (Fig. D) to
allow any moisture or condensation to drain out and evaporate. Use a damp cloth to wipe
the exterior of the tubing.
CLEANING THE PRONEB TURBO HOUSING AND TUBING
Use a damp cloth to wipe the exterior of the PRONEB TURBO housing and tubing (Fig. E).
WARNING: Never spray fluid into the ventilation slots on the PRONEB TURBO Compres-
sor. Fluid could cause damage to the electrical and compressor parts and could lead to a
malfunction. In the event that fluid enters the unit, return the product to an authorized
PARI Service Center for examination and repair.

FILTER REPLACEMENT

Under normal conditions, the filter on the front panel of the PRONEB TURBO should be
replaced after 500 hours of use, or sooner if it appears soiled (grey), clogged or wet. Check
the condition of the filter after every 10-12 treatments. Do not attempt to wash and re-use
filters. Do not use substitute filter material. Compressor damage can result. Using a small
coin, turn the filter assembly (Fig. F) counterclockwise and remove from the compressor
(Fig. G). The filter assembly is actually made up of 2 parts, the filter cover and the filter.
Remove the filter from the cover by pulling apart (Fig. H). Insert the new filter with the
closed end toward the filter cover. Insert the filter assembly into the filter chamber. Tighten
the filter assembly by turning it clockwise using a coin. Do not over tighten. Replace with
part #41E4851.

MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR

Never operate the PRONEB TURBO if it is damaged or improperly or incompletely
assembled. Use only original PARI parts and attachments authorized by PARI Service
Center for the PRONEB TURBO. Use of other parts and attachments may damage the
unit or cause improper treatment. Do not open or disassemble the compressor unit at any
time. Repairs, service and maintenance should be carried out only by authorized PARI
Service Center.
Note: There are no user serviceable parts inside the PRONEB TURBO compressor case.
Service by anyone other than authorized PARI Service Center voids warranty.
VII. REPAIR RETURN PROCEDURE
1. Contact PARI Patient Connection (Service Department) using the phone numbers listed
in Section VIII (PRONEB TURBO Limited Warranty) of this booklet.
2. In writing, describe the malfunction or symptoms of the PRONEB TURBO. Include
your full name, address and daytime telephone number.
3. Send written description and PRONEB TURBO in a protected box to the address
provided by Patient Connection.
