Sostituzione cartuccia termostatica e vitone (Fig. 8)
Prima di effettuare tali operazioni assicurarsi che l'acqua della rete idrica sia chiusa.
Vitone: Estrarre dal corpo la parte superiore (A) del monocomando termostatico seguendo il procedimento inverso al
montaggio precedentemente illustrato. Svitare il grano di fissaggio della maniglia (C) utilizzando una chiave a brugola
da 3 mm. Sollevare quindi la maniglia (B) sfilandola dal vitone (D). Svitare il vitone (D) dal corpo (E) e procedere alla
sostituzione. Infine effettuare inversamente il procedimento per fissare il vitone al monocomando mantenendo i corretti
riferimenti.
Cartuccia termostatica: svitare la vite di fissaggio della maniglia termostatica (I) utilizzando una chiave a brugola da
3 mm. Estrarre quindi la maniglia (H) sfilandola dalla cartuccia. Svitare la ghiera di tenuta (G) utilizzando una chiave da
27mm. Estrarre la cartuccia (F) dal corpo termostatico (E). Introdurre la cartuccia nuova avendo cura di far coincidere
la tacca in rilievo della stessa con quella che si trova sul corpo del monocomando, quindi effettuare inversamente il
procedimento per fissare la nuova cartuccia al monocomando mantenendo i corretti riferimenti.
Substitution de la cartouche thermostatique et de la vis (Fig. 8)
Avant d'effectuer ces opérations , il faut s'assurer que l'eau du réseau hydrique est fermée.
Vis: Extraire du corps la partie supérieure (A) de la mono-commande thermostatique en suivant le procédé inverse
au montage précédemment illustré. Dévisser le grain de fixage de la poignée en utilisant une clé anglaise de 3 mm.
Soulever la poignée (C) en la désenfilant de la vis (D). Dévisser la vis (D) du corps (E) et procéder à la substitution. Enfin
effectuer le procédé à l'inverse pour fixer la vis à la mono-commande en maintenant les références correctes.
Cartouche thermostatique: dévisser le grain de fixage de la poignée thermostatique (I) en utilisant une clé anglaise
de 3 mm. Extraire la poignée (H) en la désenfilant de la cartouche. Dévisser le joint de tenue (G) en utilisant une clé
de 27mm. Extraire la cartouche (F) du corps thermostatique (E). Introduire la cartouche neuve en ayant soin de faire
coïncider l'encoche en relief avec celle qui se trouve sur le corps de la mono-commande, ensuite effectuer inversement
le procédé pour fixer la nouvelle cartouche à la mono-commande en maintenant les références correctes.
Replacement of thermostatic cartridge and auger (Fig. 8)
Before carrying out these operations make sure that the main valve of the plumbing is closed.
Auger: Extract from the body the upper part (A) of the thermostatic group, following the opposite order of the previously
described mounting. Loosen the fixing screw from the handle using a 3 mm Allen screw. Then lift the handle (C) sliding
it off from the auger (D). Unscrew the auger (D) from the body (E) and proceed with the replacement. To finish carry out
the opposite procedure to fix the auger to the single operation group, keeping the correct references
Thermostastic cartridge: loosen the fixing screw of the thermostatic handle (I) using a 3 mm Allen key. Remove
then the handle (H) sliding it out from the cartridge. Unscrew the fixing ring nut (G) using a 27 mm wrench. Extract the
cartridge (F) from the thermostatic body (E). Insert the new cartridge paying attention to match the reference notch with
the one present on the body of the single operation group, then carry out the opposite procedure to fix the new cartridge
to the single operation group keeping the proper references.
Austauschen der Thermostatkartusche und des Oberteils (Abb. 8)
Bevor man diese Tätigkeit durchführt muß man sich vergewissern, dass das Wasserversorgungsnetz geschlossen ist.
Oberteil : Den oberen Teil (A) der thermostatischen Mischbatterie aus dem Körper herausziehen, indem man das
Verfahren für die zuvor dargestellte Montage in umgekehrter Reihenfolge durchführt. Den Befestigungsstift des Griffes
unter Zuhilfenahme eines 3 mm Sechskantschlüssels herausschrauben. Dann den (C) Griff anheben und aus dem
Oberteil (D) herausziehen. Das Oberteil (D) vom Körper (E) abschrauben und den Austausch durchführen.Anschließend,
um das Oberteil an der Mischbatterie zu befestigen, das Verfahren in umgekehrter Reihenfolge durchführen, wobei man
die korrekten Bezugspunkte beibehält.
Thermostatkartusche: den Befestigungsstift unter Zuhilfenahme eines 3 mm Sechskantschlüssels (I) aus dem
Thermostatgriff herausschrauben. Dann den Griff (H) aus der Kartusche herausziehen. Die Dichtungsnutmutter (G) unter
Zuhilfenahme eines 27 mm Schlüssels losschrauben. Die Kartusche (F) aus dem Thermostatkörper (E) herausziehen.
Die neue Kartusche einsetzen, wobei darauf zu achten ist, dass die erhobene Bezugsriefelung dieser mit derjenigen
übereinstimmt, die sich auf der Mischbatterie befindet. Anschließend, um die neue Kartusche an der Mischbatterie zu
befestigen, das Verfahren in umgekehrter Reihenfolge durchführen, wobei man die korrekten Bezugspunkte beibehält.
Sustitución del cartucho termostático y montura (Fig. 8)
Antes de efectuar dichas operaciones, asegúrense que el agua de la red hídrica esté cerrada.
Montura: Extraigan del cuerpo la parte superior (A) del monomando termostático, según el procedimiento de montaje
inverso a aquello anteriormente ilustrado. Destornillen la clavija de fijación utilizando una llave de allén de 3 mm
levanten por lo tanto la maneta (C) sacándola de la montura (D). Destornillen la montura (D) del cuerpo (E) y efectúen la
sustitución. Finalmente, sigan el procedimiento inverso para fijar la montura al monomando, manteniendo las referencias
correctas.
Cartucho termostatico: destornillen la clavija de fijación (H) de la maneta termostática utilizando una llave de allén de
3 mm. Extraigan la maneta (I) sacándola del cartucho. Destornillen la virola de cierre (G) utilizando una llave de allén
de 27 mm. Extraigan el cartucho (F) del cuerpo termostático (E). Introduzcan el cartucho nuevo cuidando con que la
muesca sobre el cartucho coincida con aquella que se encuentra sobre el cuerpo del monomando. Luego efectúen el
procedimiento inverso para fijar el cartucho nuevo al monomando manteniendo las referencias correctas.
