The diversified collection and the recycling of rejected
instruments will serve to preserve the natural resources
and to safeguard the environment and the health of the

WARRANTY

The warranty for this appliance is for 1 year from the date
of purchase, please retain the invoice as a proof of
purchase.
Here below a list of some common troubleshooting problems (with the causes and the possible solutions), resolvable without
the operation of qualified personnel of the assistance. Before proceeding with the inconvenience resolution operations,
read carefully the "Safety warnings".
Trouble
1. Water is sucked back during steam
generation when starting to iron.
2. Water is sucked back during steam
generation.
3. A few drops of water mixed with
steam comes out of iron plate. (*)
Superheated
4. steam comes out of
the iron plate.
5. No or only a bit steam comes out
of the iron plate. (*)
For all the other fault not included in this manual please contact the assistance (see page. 2) communicating the
inconvenience noticed and all actions already undertaken to facilitate identification of the problem.
(*) = This troubleshooting is valid also for the steam brush.
The appliance has been manufactured with care and
meticulously examined before delivery. In the case of a
warranty claim, please contact your authorised support
centre (see page 2).
The warranty covers only claims for material or
manufacturing defects, the electric parts are excluded.
The warranty is void in the case of abusive and improper
handling, use of force and internal tampering not carried
out by authorized person (see "Warnings").

TROUBLESHOOTING

Cause
BOILER
1.
The temperature is still low.
2a. The water level inside the boiler
execed the maximum.
2b. Foaming has developed.
IRON
3a. The iron temperature is too low.
3b. Water is sucked back from the
boiler. (*)
4. The iron temperature is too high.
5a. The steam regulation hand wheel is
closed (not applicable to 1,8/B and
1,8/P mod.).(*)
5b. Steam holes on the bottom of the
iron glogged.(*)
5c. The boiler is empty.(*)

Solution
1. Wait a few minutes until the iron
temperature stabilises.

Check the water level by using the
water level gauge 20 (see "Use –
Preparation").
