Troubleshooting
If there is no sound coming out from the speaker, try the following
steps to resolve the issue.
1. Check whether the flat speakers are right against your ears.
2. Check whether the volume is set to 0.
3. Use another player and try again.
Attention:
1. Take out the speaker and cable before wash. Do not wash the
speaker and cable.
2. This product is not allowed to use for children under 7 year-old or it
may cause danger.
3. Avoid friction on rough materials or the Velcro or it may cause
problems such as napping on the eyeshade.
4. When wearing headphone, the speaker must be placed between the
headband and ear.
5. It is recommended to use AGPTEK music player to avoid
incompatibility.
6. In common use, avoid any danger by the tangling cables when using
your headphones. The cables must be stretched above the head to
avoid wrapping the neck while sleeping.
