Possible cause and
assistance from the contractor
Remote control not registered correctly in the system.
▶ Check and if necessary correct the configuration in the
higher-level user interface.
Room temperature sensor of remote control faulty (A11/
3091: Heating/cooling circuit 1, ..., 3094: Heating/cooling
circuit 4).
▶ Replace the CR 10H.
BUS signal from the higher-level user interface for the remote
control is missing (A21: Heating/cooling circuit 1, ..., A24:
Heating/cooling circuit 4).
▶ Install the higher-level user interface.
▶ Establish the BUS connection.
Sensor for relative humidity in the remote control is faulty
(A21/3141: Heating/cooling circuit 1, ..., A24/3144: Heating/
cooling circuit 4).
▶ Replace the defective CR 10H.
Water pressure in the heating system is too low.
▶ Top up the heating water (even without a contractor,
 technical documentation about the heat source).
