Ingredients :
2 -8" Whole Wheat Tortillas
1 or 2 scrambled cooked eggs
½ Cup of Monterey Jack Cheese
¼ Cup Ham cut into small
pieces.
2 – 8" Flour or Wheat Tortillas
2 Tablespoons Refried Beans
½ Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
1 Tablespoon Minced Onion
1 Tablespoon Chopped Cilantro
2 – 8" Flour or Wheat Tortillas
½ Cup Cream Cheese
½ Cup Grated Monterey Jack
Cheese
2 Tablespoons finely chopped
Jalapenos
1 Cup Cooked and Shredded
Chicken Breast.
2 – 8" Flour or Wheat Tortillas
1 Banana Thinly Sliced
¼ Cup Semisweet Chocolate
Chips
½ Tablespoon Brown Sugar
¼ Teaspoon Cinnamon
Instructions:
Assemble your Quesadilla by
laying the first Tortilla add half
of grated cheese leaving a ½
inch space from border. Add
your Eggs and meat and top
with the remaining cheese.
Add top Tortilla place on your
Quesadilla Maker. Cook for 3-5
Minutes or Until edges are
golden brown and cheese has
melted.
Evenly spread Refried Beans
on the first Tortilla, leaving ½
inch space from the border.
Add even layer of Cheese,
Minced Onion and Chopped
Cilantro. Add one more layer of
cheese and top with the
second Tortilla. Place on your
Quesadilla Maker. Cook for 3-5
Minutes or Until edges are
golden brown and cheese has
melted.
In a small bowl Combine the
Cream Cheese, half of the
Monterey Jack and Chopped
Jalapeno. Evenly spread 2
Tablespoons of mixture on first
Tortilla leaving ½ inch space
from boarder. Add even layer
of Shredded Chicken and top
with the remaining Monterrey
Jack Cheese and Top Tortilla.
Place on your Quesadilla
Maker. Cook for 3-5 Minutes or
Until edges are golden brown
and cheese has melted.
Evenly add Banana slices to
the first Tortilla. Add a small
amount of Chocolate chips to
the top of bananas. Sprinkle
Brown Sugar and Cinnamon
over and Cover with second
Tortilla. Cook until Golden and
serve with Whipped Cream or
Vanilla Ice Cream.
