INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS - UNDERMOUNT
NOTE: The sink provided is an undermount and is to be installed with 1/8" coun-
tertop overhang. The template provided with the sink illustrates the appropriate
countertop cutout for an undermount installation - do not use this template for
top mount installations.
Sink installation recommended for professional installers only.
1. On underside of top locate eight points around the bowl approximately 1"
from bowl flange. For a tighter installation, the use of all eight clips is recom-
mended.
2. Drill eight holes 0.22" at marked locations for brass inserts.
3. Tap in brass inserts, slotted end first.
4. Next, with unit face up, clean top of bowl flange and underside of top around
cutout with denatured alcohol.
5. Apply a narrow bead of silicone caulk to top inside edge of
bowl flange and position bowl.
6. Mount hardware by first threading wing nut (if included) well
up on screw near the head. With washer (if included) and slotted
clip in place, tighten screw securely to lock in brass insert.
7. When bowl is correctly positioned over cutout, tighten wing
nuts to secure bowl.
8. Remove excess sealant from inside lip.

reserves the right to inspect any sink reported to be defective prior to replacement of the sink. All decisions are final. Re-

placement cost EXCLUDES transportation and any labor costs for the removal or reinstallation.

shall not liable in case of:

• Damages resulting from abuse, such as heavy impact or dropped objects
• Improper applications (such as exposure to corrosive chemicals, photographic solutions, etc.)
• Any modifications made to the product after it left Transolid

These warranties supersedes all other warranties, expressed or implied.
