By purchasing the product the buyer accepts the terms
and conditions of the warranty:
The manufacturer guarantees trouble-free operation of the
product within 60 months from purchasing in a retail outlet
provided that the regulations specific to transportation,
storage, installation and operation are followed.
To obtain warranty service please present the User's
Operation Manual containing the unit manufacturing date
and receipt or any other documentary proof of the
equipment ownership and purchase date.
The product model shall match the one stated in the
User's Operation Manual.
If no receipt or other proof of the equipment ownership and
purchase date is available the warranty term is calculated
from the manufacturing date stated in the User's
Operation Manual.
If none of the above documents is available the company
reserves the right to refuse free warranty service of a faulty
product.
All the units and components being part of a faulty
(declared for warranty repair) product replaced during the
warranty period inherit the warranty period and the warranty
service terms applied to the entire product.
In other words neither the said components nor the entire
product are covered with an extendable or renewable
warranty period.
Should any malfunctions occur in the fan operation through
the manufacturer's fault during the warranty period the
consumer is entitled to the fan replacement by the Seller.
The warranty provisions do not apply to the accessories
supplied with the product which may or may not be part
of the delivery package. Furthermore, the warranty does not
cover any collateral damage to other equipment operated
in conjunction with the product.
The company shall not be responsible for compatibility
of its products with any third-party units as far as
compatibility is concerned.
The warranty exclusively applies to the defects of
workmanship.
Any and all defects and faults including mechanical damage
cause by mechanical action occurring in the course of
operation or natural wear shall not be deemed warranty
cases.
The warranty provisions do not apply to any malfunctions
caused by violation of the instructions specific to the
product operation, care and maintenance or its design
alterations made by the user or any third party without
the manufacturer's approval.
The warranty provisions do not apply to any damage
caused by accidents, lightning, flood, fire, hostilities,
public disorders or any other factors beyond the control
of the manufacturer and its official distributors.
