Keep always the hand far from the blade when the device is operating and
when the plug is connected to the net.
5.2 Switch on :
ü Keep the planner by the handle (1)
ü Push the release button (2)
ü Push, keeping pressed the release button, the switch (3) and keep it pressed.
5.3 Switch off :
ü Release both button (2) and switch (3)
5.4 Operating :
ü Bring the machine by the handle (6) and adjusting knob (4)
Push the planner slowly forwards, keeping the base plate flat against the working piece by
maintaining even pressure on the front and the back unit.
5.5 Adjusting cutting depth :
ü Turn clockwise the adjusting knob (4) selecting the
depth desired. The adjusting knob permit to adjust
the depth from 0 to 2 mm. In steps of 0,01mm.
5.7 Automatic retracting rear stand:
Your planer is fitted with an automatic retracting rear
stans to prevent the blade from contacting the
workbench on rundown.
