    PROFESSIONAL ROTATORY LASER LEVEL The Professional Rotatory Laser Level is a kind of multi-functional laser instrument. It can project not only a laser horizontal plane with a plumb line, but also a laser plumb plane with a horizontal line. It is easy and convenient to use. When equipped with our laser detector and other series accessories, this product owns wider leveling range and more powerful use.

  • Página 4 CONTROLLING PANEL ON/OFF BUTTON Push the button to power on or off the instrument. POWER INDICATOR LAMP Lamp lighted means powering on. Lamp extinguished means powering off. Lamp flashing means low voltage. MODE BUTTON Power on and instrument will rotate continuously. If push once, the level scans in small range.
  • Página 5 b) Leveling Adjust turn-button to center the bubble of level vials both in X direction and Y direction. c) Power on and set instrument to scan mode. Adjust rotating speed, then instrument can begin to work. d) Then instrument can be used to calibrate plumbing with plumb laser line upwards Working vertically This working state features to project a laser plumb plane reference with a horizontal laser line.
  • Página 6 3- Measure the distance La between a1 and a2, the distance Lb between b1 and b2. If (La-Lb)/L or (Lb-La)/L ≤ 1/4”/21m, the instrument accuracy meets requirement. Otherwise the instrument should be sent to factory or authorized service centers to calibrate. Self- check for deviation of level vial A- The level vial of X direction 1.
  • Página 7 B- The level vial of Y direction 1. Check a) Set instrument on tripod according to the direction of fig (Direction of instrument handle likes fig), which is between Wall A and Wall B. Let instrument project red laser towards two walls. And mark c1 and d1 on walls at the location of red laser point.
  • Página 8 e) Orient the instrument to Wall B by turning it in 180 angle. Adjust the adjusting screw to make red laser point coincide with f2 on Wall B. f) Check if the bubble for level vial of Z direction is centered, if it is deviated out of one grid, it needs adjustment.
  • Página 9 LASER SAFETY AND MAINTENANCE Laser safety This laser instrument belongs to laser product of Classification IIIa. Do not stare into the laser beams. Avoid direct eye contact with the laser. Do not disassemble the instrument or attempt to perform any internal servicing. Repair and servicing of the laser are to be performed only by our company or authorized service centers.

    PANEL DE CONTROL BOTÓN DE ENCENDIDO/APAGADO Pulsar este botón para encender/apagar el aparato NIVELDE BATERÍA Luz encendida indica aparato funcionando. Luz apagada indica aparato apagado. Luz parpadeante indica nivel de batería bajo. ó BOTÓN MODO Si está encendido y en rotación continua. Pulsando una vez, el nivel escanea un rango reducido.
  • Página 13 b) Nivelado Ajustar el botón de giro para centrar la burbuja de la ampolla tanto en dirección X e Y. c) Encender y colocar el nivel en modo escaneo. Ajustar la velocidad de rotación, el aparato puede comenzar a funcionar. d) El aparato puede utilizarse para calibrar la plomada con una línea láser de la plomada hacia arriba.
  • Página 14 2-Mover el aparato hasta la posición de 0.9m desde la pared A y nivelar. (La manilla del aparato continua en la parte derecha). Permitir al aparato proyectar el láser hacia ambas paredes una vez más. Indicar a2 y b2 correspondientes al extremo del láser. 3- Medir la distancia La, entre a1 y a2 y Lb, entre b1 y b2.
  • Página 15 B- La ampolla del nivel en dirección Y 1. Revisión a) Colocar el aparato en un trípode de acuerdo con la dirección de la figura (dirección de la manilla del aparato como indica la figura), entre las paredes A y B. Permitir que el aparato proyecte el láser hacia ambas paredes.
  • Página 16 e) Dirigir el aparato hacia la pared B y girarlo 180º. Ajustar el tornillo ajustable para que el extremo del láser coincida con el punto f2 sito en la pared B. f) Comprobar si la burbuja del nivel en la dirección Z esta centrada. En caso de que la desviación sea mayor de 1º, se requiere ajustar.
  • Página 17 SEGURIDAD Y MANTENIMIENTO DEL LÁSER Seguridad Este aparato de láser pertenece a la clasificación IIIa de productos láser. No mirar directamente a los rayos láser. Evitar el contacto directo con los ojos. No desmontar el aparato, no intentar revisar partes internas del aparato. La revisión y posterior arreglo del láser deben llevarlos a cabo compañías o centros de servicio autorizados.
