TECHNICAL DATA

Power supply and power output as stated on the model nameplate - Double insulation – IP65
Manufactured in compliance with EN 60598:2008-10/A11:2009-05 and EN 60592-2-8:1997-05/A1:2000-06/A2:2008-02 standards.
INSTALLATION
- NOTE: before using the lamp carefully read the following instructions. - Ensure that the lamp can be disconnected from the electrical supply in case
of emergency.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
- Make sure that the portable lamp power supply matches the system power supply - Use the lamp in places prescribed and designated by current
regulations regarding the workplace and electrical systems - Check that the plug on the cable is appropriate to the particular workplace; replace if
necessary - If the lamp is supplied without cable, fit appropriate cable and plug in accordance with current regulations - The wiring should be carried
out by qualified personnel, according to the following instructions.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
- Insert the plug in an appropriate socket - Use the switch to switch on and off - Always check that the device is in full working order and shows no
safety risks - Do not remove the protection guards - Do not open the device: maintenance should be carried out by qualified personnel - Before
replacing the bulb disconnect the lamp from the electrical supply - If the feeder cable is damaged it should be replaced immediately with another of
the same type at an authorised after-sales centre or by a qualified electrician.
BULB REPLACEMENT INSTRUCTIONS
a – Remove the ring nut locking screw (detail K).
b – Remove ring nut 1
c – Extract housing 2 as far as allowed by the safety cable
d – Screw the bulb 4 (E27) inside handle 3 housing
e – Refit housing 2 verifying the correct positioning of the gasket (detail J)
f – Fit ring nut 1 and tighten the locking screw (detail K)
- Do not tamper with the safety devices (ring nut locking screw and safety cable)
IF THE DEVICE DOES NOT WORK
- Check that the voltage of the portable lamp is working efficiently and matches the system voltage - Check that there is power at the socket - Check
the operation of the switch: that is, that it switches properly both ways - If the device continues not to work contact a specialised repair centre.

Use only accessories and spare parts approved by the manufacturer.

GENERAL PRECAUTIONS
The components have been chosen and used keeping in mind the working conditions and life-span of the lamp. Install the lamp so that it presents no
danger to personnel as long as it is used correctly. No protection or warning will ever be sufficient if the person fails to take certain precautions, if the
lamp is not kept in perfect working order, or if the following recommendations are not followed. Learn the correct use before starting work. Check that
those using the lamp know how it works and use it safely. Avoid exposing yourself and others to unnecessary risks. Do not remove, adjust or obstruct
the SAFETY DEVICES put in place by the manufacturer, and ensure that they are not removed or rendered less effective. Keep the workplace free of
tools and any unnecessary objects.

In the event of having to do work on the portable lamp (excepting replacement of the bulb), contact an after-sales

CABLE FITTING INSTRUCTIONS
(B1) – Insert the cable in the handle hole
(B2) – Connect the cable to the circuit, taking into account the length of the
stripped cable and fit the cable holder
(B3) – Insert the circuit in the handle
(B4) – Tighten the locking screws and the safety cable connected to the housing
- Assemble as described in steps e-f of the bulb replacement instructions
Cable must be 2x1 mm² - H05 RN-F
The installation of the cable must be performed by qualified
personnel.
