Water Test
The water test will help you learn how to
operate the pressure cooker and check if it
is working properly.
1.
To remove the lid, grip the lid handle
and turn it counterclockwise so that
the
symbol aligns with
of the control panel. Lift the handle.

Place the cleaned inner pot into the
housing, then pour in 4 cups of water.

Replace the lid back onto the housing.
Secure it by turning the lid clockwise
so that the
symbol aligns with the
symbol.

Turn the pressure release valve to

Press Steam Vegetables, then press

Cook Time. Use the – button to
change the time to 3 minutes.
Press On/Start. The display will show

" to indicate that the unit is
pressurizing. It is normal for some
steam to come out from either valve
until the red float valve pops up. Once
your pressure cooker has pressurized,
it will beep once and the display will
begin to count down.
