Operation
1. Press a power button to turn on the device.
2. While using, you can read, write, make phone calls or do work. While using
the device, try to keep the recommended distance of 20 cm between your
eyes and the device. The recommended treatment time is about 2 hours.
Important: do not look directly into the light all the time. During the first
sessions, you may experience eye pain and headache, which will not occur
during the following sessions. In this case, interrupt the application and
reduce the duration of use. Do not leave the device unattended during
operation.
3. In the darkest season of the year, you should apply the application for at least
7 consecutive days or longer, depending on your personal condition.
4. When you are finished with the application, press the on/off button to turn off
the device.

CLEANING AND STORAGE

• Before cleaning, turn the unit off and unplug it from the wall outlet.
• Do not handle the device with wet hands.
• Clean the device with a damp cloth and some washing-up liquid.
• Make sure that no water enters the device.
• Clean the device once a month.
• If you do not use the device for a longer period of time, store it in a dry place.
Keep out of the reach of children. Do not leave the device plugged in if you are
not going to use it for a long time.
