The FAH002 Universal Fill Adapter with vent station is capable of connecting both the Benjamin HPB3K
High Pressure Bottle as well as generic CO
Pneumatic (PCP) airguns.
Read all instructions carefully before use.
WARNING:
: Keep all Petroleum lubricants away from parts of the FAH002 fill
adapter. Petroleum lubricants may cause fire or explosion if entered into the high pres-
sure tube in your Benjamin PCP airgun.

1.0 OPERATION with the HPB3K HIGH PRESSURE COMPRESSED AIR BOTTLE
WARNING:
: This fill adapter will vent gases stored under high pressure. Make
certain the valve vent knob (part #5) is closed (turned fully counter-clockwise) before
connecting to the HPB3K bottle system.
1.1 Close the valve (part #1) by turning the valve knob (part #2) fully counter-clockwise.
1.2 Close the vent station (part #4) by turning the vent knob (part #5) fully in a clockwise direction.
1.3 Screw the valve onto the fill bottle making certain all components are clean and dry. Tighten securely by
hand only. Do NOT use tools to tighten.
1.6 Check the airgun pressure gauge. The gauge should read a pressure equal to the pressure showing on
the HPB3K bottle pressure gauge.
1.7 Upon completion of filling, close the fill adapter valve by turning the knob completely in a
counter-clockwise direction.
WARNING:
: Do not disconnect the hose under pressure (Gauge indicating higher
than 0). Disconnecting the hose under pressure could cause damage to the hose fitting
and personal injury to the operator.
WARNING:
: Compressed air will rush out of the vent station hole (part #7) when
relieving pressure from the fill hose. Use caution in directing the venting air. ALWAYS
WEAR GLOVES AND SAFETY GLASSES WHEN OPERATING THIS FILL STATION!!!
1.8 Bleed the pressure from the fill hose by turning the vent station knob slowly in a counter-clockwise direction.

1.4 Connect the fill adapter quick disconnect socket
(part #6) to the fill nipple on the Benjamin PCP airgun.
See figure 1.4a MAKE SURE CONNECTION IS SECURE.
1.5 Open the valve slowly by turning the valve knob in
a clockwise direction. You should hear the airgun
filling with air. A complete fill should take no more
than approximately 5 seconds.

2.0 Operation with the CO

Always wear gloves to protect your hands from extreme cold. The action of venting down a co
produce temperatures as low as –130°f. Immediate and destructive freezing of exposed flesh is possible.
WARNING:
certain the valve knob is closed (turned fully counter-clockwise) before connecting to
the HPB3K bottle system.
2.1 Close the valve by turning the valve knob fully counter-clockwise.
2.2 Close the vent station by turning the vent knob fully in a clockwise direction.
2.3 Screw the valve onto the fill bottle making certain all components are clean and dry. Tighten securely by
hand only. Do NOT use tools to tighten.

2.4 Connect the fill adapter quick disconnect socket to the fill nipple on the Benjamin PCP airgun.
See figure 1.4a
2.5 Invert the bottle. Open the valve slowly by turning the valve knob in a clockwise direction. You should
hear the airgun filling with air. A complete fill should take approximately 30 seconds.
2.6 Check the airgun pressure gauge. The gauge should read approximately 900 PSI.
2.7 Upon completion of filling, close the valve by turning the knob completely in a
counter-clockwise direction.

• The Fill Adapter requires no other periodic maintenance

LIMITED 90 DAY WARRANTY
This product is warranted to the retail consumer for 90 days from date of retail purchase against defects in material
and workmanship and is transferable. You should retain the original sales receipt as record of date of purchase.

Replacement parts and labor. Transportation charges to consumer for repaired product.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
Transportation charges to Crosman Corporation. Damages caused by abuse, modification or failure to perform
normal maintenance. Any other expense. CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, OR INCIDENTAL
EXPENSES INCLUDING DAMAGE TO PROPERTY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITA-
TION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT
APPLY TO YOU.
