TROUBLESHOOTING

Q; Can I use the Slide on an iPhone 6 Plus or the Slide Plus on the
iPhone 6?
A: No, the device will not be compatible with a different size
device as it will not fit properly on different sizes of the OtterBox
uniVERSE case. Also, do not use the Slide or Slide Plus with older
versions of the iPhone.
Q: My phone doesn't seem to be accepting a charge from the
Slide. What gives?
A: Try removing the Slide from your device and reset your device by
turning off, then back on. Try the Slide again, the issue should be
resolved. Also, ensure the Slide is fully charged.
Q: My Slide doesn't seem to be taking a charge from my power
source. What could the issue be?
A: Try using a different micro-USB cable, often the issue is tied to
the cable, not the device itself.
Q: Can I use the Slide to recharge other Lightning compatible
devices?
A: No. Using the Slide with incompatible devices can result in
damage.
Q: When I'm charging my device from the Slide my device will
randomly start/stop charging. Why is this happening?
A: Make sure your Slide is pressed firmly into the OtterBox
uniVERSE case making a complete connection. If the Slide is not
fully seated into the case there may be interruptions during charge.
Also, ensure the Slide is completely charged.
