5. Children cannot recognise the dangers associated with the use of electrical appliances. Therefore,
always supervise children around the unit.
6. Always unplug the air purifier before moving it, changing filters, cleaning it, or when not in use. Be
sure to pull the plug and not the cable.
7. NEVER drop or insert any object into the openings.
8. DO NOT lay the cable under the carpet.
9. DO NOT cover the cable with carpets, rugs or similar coverings.
10. DO NOT put cable under furniture or appliances. Place the cable far from heavily trafficked areas
so it does not cause tripping.
11. NEVER allow under cable to touch hot or humid surfaces, roll up, or come into the reach of children.
12. NEVER use the appliance with a damaged cable or plug, if the fan does not turn, if the appliance
is not working properly, or if it has been dropped or damaged in any way. In these cases, contact
Technical Service for help.
13. DO NOT plug in the appliance with wet hands due to the risk of electrocution.
14. Place the appliance away from any source of heat such as, for example, stoves and fireplaces, and
keep it away from direct sunlight.
15. Only use the appliance for the intended household purpose as described in this manual. Any other
use, not recommended by the manufacturer, may cause fire, electric shock or injury.
16. DO NOT use outdoors.
17. DO NOT place anything on top of the unit.
18. NEVER block the air inlets, grilles or vents, or place the unit on a soft surface, such as a bed or sofa,
as this could cause under appliance to tip over and block the air inlet or outlet.
19. DO NOT attempt to repair or adjust any electrical or mechanical function of this unit. Doing so
will void the warranty. The unit does not contain any user-serviceable parts. All repair service should
only be performed by qualified personnel.
20. If the power supply cable is damaged, it must be replaced by a service technician or other qualified
person to avoid any damage.
21. DO NOT try to open any part of the purifier.
22. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical,
sensory or mental abilities, who have no experience or knowledge, unless with the supervision of a
person responsible for their safety or who provides them with training to use it.
23. WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not use this fan with any solid-state
speed control device.
THIS PURIFIER IS NOT A TOY!
Don't let the children play with this appliance. Serious injury and even electrocution could occur. This
appliance must be handled by adults only. Children must be supervised to ensure that they do not
play with the purifier.
IMPORTANT: Bear in mind that any change or modification to the equipment not carried out by
the Miniland technical service will not be covered by the product warranty.
