To unplug only pull the plug, never pull on the cord to avoid damage.

Never move the appliance by pulling the cord. Make sure the cord cannot

get caught in
any way. Do not wind the cord around the appliance and do not bend it.
From time to time check if the cord is damaged. In this case or if the
appliance is damaged it must not be used any more.
Danger of burning! The appliance gets very hot during operation. Only

touch the cool touch handle to open or close! Never touch hot grill plates or
housing!
Never move the grill while it is hot. Let the unit cool down enough before

cleaning and storing.
Fire danger! Keep special care when using oil and fat. Hot oil and fat can

burn easily! Always keep enough distance to the walls, furniture curtain or
towels.
The appliance must not be placed next to easily inflammable objects. Ensure
that the cord
does not touch hot parts of the appiance like grill plate or housing.
To avoid damage to the non-stick coating of the plate of the grill never use

sharp edged or metallic objects on it. Only use wooden spatula to avoid
scratches.
Keep the appliance clean as it is in contact with food.

