Description and intended use:
Back support belts: Made from an elastic and soft material that adapts 100%
to the body with carbon fibre material on its inner side. Comfortable and
convenient, they have two paravertebral steel stays that can be removed and
are reinforced with elastic tensioners that provide a high level of support, ideal
for any process that requires torso immobilisation at the sacrolumbar level.

shoulders back being very effective for correct posture and for back pain.
Indications:
Elcross Lux Back Support Belts 3131BG, 3132BG, 3132G, 3133BG,
3133G, 3134BG: Lower back pain, lumbosciatica, disc herniation, muscle
weakness or atony, postoperative lumbar processes and degenerative
processes of the spine such as arthritis or lumbar arthrosis.
Elcross Lux back support 3138BG: Posture reminder. Upper back pain.
Precautions:
• Read these instructions carefully before using the orthosis. If you have any
questions, consult your doctor or the shop where you purchased it.
• The general instructions of use and specific indications determined by the
doctor should always be followed.
• Only a doctor is qualified to prescribe treatment and determine its duration
and monitoring.
• If you notice any side effects, skin conditions or sensitisation, consult your
doctor immediately.
• Your doctor might consider the use of topical creams in conjunction with
the orthosis.
• In areas of support where pressure is applied, the skin should not be
damaged or hypersensitive.
• Although the orthosis is not for single use, it should only be used by one
patient. The product should not be reused by other patients.
• The first fitting of the orthosis should be carried out either by qualified
personnel (doctor, orthopaedic technician, etc.) or under their supervision.
• For the orthosis to function properly, its components must be regularly
checked to ensure that they are in good condition. The medical staff
responsible for monitoring treatment may explain the suitability of the
product to the patient or suggest its replacement if it is damaged or worn.
• Make sure that the quick Velcro fasteners are free from fluff and lint to
ensure that their closure properties are preserved.
• Clean the product regularly and maintain proper hygiene.
• Do not wear the orthosis while having a bath, shower, etc.
• Do not let children play with this device.
Instructions for proper fitting:
It is advisable to use a mirror when putting the belt on. For hygiene and
comfort, you are recommended to wear a cotton garment, preferably seamless,
underneath the belt. Elcross Lux breathable belts are provided with front or
side Velcro straps (depending on the model) (A) ergonomically designed, which
will help you put on and take off the belt. They also have adjustment straps
(B) which increase the support and immobilisation of the lumbosacral region
which are fitted over the main fastening. The design of the belt features Velcro
fasteners (C) to hold the straps in place during handling and prevent them from
sticking to each other or to the body of the belt.
