Wash and dry the cut potatoes with a paper towel.

Pour ½ tablespoon of olive oil in a bowl, add the potatoes and toss to cover them
with the oil.

Remove the potatoes with a kitchen utensil so that the excess oil is left in the bowl.
Put them into the basket (2) of the fryer. Note: Do not tilt the bowl over the fryer
basket, as the oil will fall into it.
5.
Fry the potatoes according to the instructions in this chart.
