ARMREST
Notice
The part "Armrest", ordering No. Škoda DAO 700 001 is intended solely for professional
fitting by the contract partners of Škoda Auto. The fitting requires the use of special too-
ling and Workshop Manuals; because of that, this part must not be sold to final users in a not
mounted state.
The kit includes following parts (fig.1)

Screw M6 x 22
Fitting procedure
- 2, 3 -
- Release the fastening of the middle bracket panel in its rear part and take out the storage
compartment.
- 4, 5, 6 -
- Lift the middle bracket panel and pull the bracket for the armrest fastening through the
storage compartment hole.
- Set the bracket in the right position on the holes in the body tunnel -arrow detail-.
- Screw the positioned bracket with four screws M6 x 12 (G). Retighten the screws with tighte-
ning torque of 18 Nm.
- 7, 8 -
- Push the adapter (E) on the armrest yoke and screw it with the screw (F). Retighten the screw
with tightening torque of 14 Nm.
- Set the armrest in the grooves on the right side of the bracket and screw it with the screw
M6 x 22 (H). Retighten the screw with tightening torque of 18 Nm.
- 9, 10 -
- Push at first the right cover (C), then the left cover (B) on the armrest -arrows- so that the
covers clip to each other.
- Fasten the middle bracket panel and insert the screw cap.
Check the correct fastening of the armrest and try its function.
