CSG S.A. company, based in 30-509 Cracow, Kalwaryjska 33, called
further „warrantor", gives warranty on proper and defect-free product
work for whole warranty period stated on page first of Warranty Card,
starting with the day of purchase.
Warrantor gives limited warranty for the time stated on first page
of Warranty Card. Reason for that is natural wearing off. Lowering
of battery capacity below 80% of initial capacity may be the reason for
warranty complaint.
Warranty doesn't limit or suspends client's right to make a complaint
based on implied warranty.
In order to issue a warranty claim client has to deliver the faulty product to
warrantor address with a Warranty Card or a copy of invoice and a filled
formula of complaint or return, which you can find on our website
www.greencell.global.
Warrantor will inform the client about warranty claim result within 14
days after receiving faulty item.
or exchanged for a new one within 14 days after informing client about
decision. If the type of defect is particulary difficult to repair or needs
additional actions, such us acquiring additional parts, time of repair
might be longer. Naturally, warrantor will try to solve the issue as quickly
as it's possible. Warrantor can decide on the way that claim should be
solved (replacement, repair or refund).
With exclusion of claims issued in terms of „Warranty of satisfaction"
(placed within 30 days after receiving the product): client covers costs of
delivery for a faulty product. Warrantor covers costs of delivery of
exchanged or repaired product to client. In case of international
purchases, client should contact warrantor before sending the product.
Warranty won't be covered if:
warranty seal is damaged;
battery was damaged externally (by water, fire or mechanical damage
etc.);
inappropriate use of the battery;
unauthorised repairs were attempted.
In case of groundless warranty claim of a product, client will be charged
for the incurred costs by warrantor.
Warrantor's responsibility to client is limited to the value of product which
this warranty is referring to. It does not cover any other damage, for
example losing of data or information saved on memory cards and any
other damage caused by inappropriate use of the item, or its damage.
Do not dispose of the charger with normal municipal
waste. Separate electronic devices.
Faulty product will be repaired
