Instructions for Charging Battery
The charger shall be installed near a socket-outlet that is easily accessible.
Do not charge battery pack when temperature is below 32°F (0°C) or above 113°F (45°C).
Completely charge new battery packs before using. Charging time is approximately 60 minutes.
Unplug charger and remove battery pack when not in use.
Action
Plug charger into 100-
240V AC power outlet.
Insert battery pack
into charger.
Remove battery pack. Charge Completed.

Environmental Protection
When life of Ingersoll Rand electrical product has expired, it must be recycled in accordance
with all applicable standards and regulations (local, state, country, federal, etc.). Improper
disposal may endanger environment.
Routine Maintenance
Unplug charger before cleaning. Plastic surfaces should only be cleaned with a slightly damp
cloth. Keep vents free of dust and debris.
Charger should not be used with a damaged cord. Replacement cords and labels are available at
nearest authorized Ingersoll Rand Service Center.
Refer all communications to nearest Ingersoll Rand Office or Distributor.

Reinsert battery. Battery may be
defective.
Initial Temperature.
Charging paused until battery has
returned to safe temperature.
Time Out.
Charge time exceeded. Battery may
be defective.
In Cycle Temperature.
Charging paused until battery has
returned to safe temperature.
Over Voltage.
High voltage detected. Battery may
be defective.
Over Current.
High current detected. Battery may
be defective.
