CARE AND MAINTENANCE

• Hand wash the canopy using only mild soap and water. Never use harsh detergents, abrasives
or bleach. Do not machine wash.
• Never fold or store your canopy when it is wet or damp. Let it dry completely to avoid mildew.

TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEM
Canopy will not
easily close.
LIMITED WARRANTY
Do not return your canopy to the place of purchase.
Please contact the manufacturer for questions, comments, parts and accessories, or assistance with
any warranty related issues.

Subject to the following limitations, in addition to any imposed by virtue of applicable law, the
manufacturer warrants this canopy to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of 30
days from the date of original purchase. This warranty is limited to the repair and/or replacement of
defective parts only.
1. This limited warranty will apply only if the canopy and/or its parts are properly returned to the
manufacturer's customer service department listed below and are determined by the manufacturer, in
its sole discretion, to be defective.
2. This limited warranty applies only to multipurpose canopies purchased from authorized dealers.
This limited warranty is extended only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
3. Be sure to retain your original purchase sales receipt for any warranty claim. All warranty claims
must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt from the authorized dealer.
4. Before returning any canopy and/or parts to the manufacturer for warranty inspection, the
consumer purchaser must obtain prior authorization from the manufacturer. Such authorization can
be obtained by calling our customer service representatives at the toll-free number listed above, or
writing to the the manufacturer's customer service department at the address listed below. Customer
is responsible for shipping costs.
5. Certain regions of the country have environmental conditions that are extremely hard on canopy
covers of any kind. If you live in Arizona, Florida, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas, or in high altitudes
above 3,000 feet the warranty for your canopy top will be limited to 15 days from the date of original
purchase. After expiration of that 15 days, and up to a period of 30 days following the date of original
purchase, you may purchase a replacement canopy top at a reduced price from our customer service
department.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
1. One person attempting to close the
frame.
2. Push pin has not been depressed to
allow frame to close.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
1. Use 2 people.
2. Depress push pin.
