BEFORE FIRST USE

Before you use the appliance for the first time, please do as follows: Carefully unpack the
appliance and remove all the packaging material. Keep the material (plastic bags and cardboard)
out of reach of children. Check the appliance after unpacking for any damage, possible from
transportation.
Place the enclosed batteries - 2 x 1,5 V AAA - in the batterie compartment on the bottom of the
kitchenscale.
Wipe the outside of the kitchenscale only with a damp cloth.
