BEFORE USING HAND MIXER
Before using the hand mixer, be sure the power cord is unplugged from the power outlet and the speed
selector is in the beater eject position.
1. Select the desired attachments, which are depending on the mixing task to be performed: beaters for
easy mix cough, egg white, whip cream, mayonnaise and puree. They are also especially suitable for
mixing/stirring suaces and pudding powders. Dough hooks for the preparation of heavy yeast dough or
short pastries. Also potato dough to the dumpling and potato pancake preparation mixes one with it knead
hooks easily and quickly. With the blending rod, you will be able to blend in an easy way.
2. Inserting the beaters/dough hoods/blending rod
a) For dough hooks and beaters, the ones with washer can only be inserted into the big socket and the
other one can only be inserted into small socket.
b) For attach blending rod see the below figure for illustration. First pull the door upwards (Fig. 2) and then
hold it in the upper most position (Fig. 3) while turning in clockwise the blending rod.
