25. Disconnect the instrument panel electrical connectors from
the accessory trim plate cover.
26. Remove the 2 screws that retain the HVAC controls to the
instrument panel.
27. Remove the 4 screws that retain the radio to the instrument
panel. See Figure 9.

28. Partially remove the radio disengaging the radio rear align-
ment locator to gain access to the radio electrical connec-
tors.
29. Disconnect all radio electrical connectors and the radio
antenna cable.
30. Remove the radio from the vehicle.
Go to Step 34 for Hybrid (&HP2) vehicles.
31. Remove the center instrument trim panel. See Figure 10.
