Intended Use

The LA130S-F electronic analytical balance from
Sartorius is the ideal solution for a wide range of filter-
weighing applications.
You can weigh all standard size filters, right up
to the 8" by 10" format, with analytical accuracy
on the horizontal weighing pan.
Because of the balance construction, the electrostatic
charging that inevitably results from handling
the filters before and during initial weighing and
backweighing does not affect the response time or
measuring accuracy of the balance. This is one
of the ways in which this LA Reference Series balance
has been specially designed for filter weighing.

of the LA Reference Series for general information
concerning equipment handling. In particular, it is
essential that you observe all instructions marked
"Important" before operating your new filter balance.
