PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS

Soup kettle is used for short-term storage and keeping warm soups, sauces, stews and similar liquid dishes. Due to the installed
adjustable thermostat, it is possible to set any temperature of the product operating range. Correct, reliable, and safe operation of
the device is dependent on its proper use, therefore:
Prior to working with the product, you should read all the instruction and keep it around.
For any damages or injuries caused by the product misuse, noncompliance with safety regulations and recommendations in-
cluded in this manual, the supplier does not accept any liability. Using the product incorrectly, results also in the loss of user's
rights to the guarantee, as well as a warranty.
EQUIPMENT
The product is supplied in a complete state but requires some assembly operations which are described below. Before using
the product you should, however, remove all packaging and protection for transport. They are also required preparatory steps
described later in this manual.
GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE
The product has been designed for professional use and its operation should be carried out by properly qualifi ed personnel.
The product is only used for heating and maintaining the temperature of sauces, stews and similar dishes of liquid or half liquid
consistency. The kettle is not designed for heating up any solid dishes or for water heating.
The kettle is not designed for cooking or preparation of the mentioned above food. Only the fi nished product should be placed in
the kettle.
It is forbidden to use the kettle for defrosting the products.
It is forbidden to repair independently, disassembly or modifi cation of the product.
During the operation, you should supervise the product all the time.
WARNING! During its operation the product heats up to high temperatures, you should not touch the walls of the product during
its operation, it may cause serious burns.
The product is not intended for use by persons with reduced physical capabilities, mental abilities and people with lack of experi-
ence and knowledge of the equipment. Unless there will be supervised or instruction will be carried out regarding the use of the
product in a safe manner, so that the associated risks would be understood.
The product is not intended for use by children. Children should not play with the product. Children without supervision should not
carry out the cleaning and maintenance of the device.
Recommendations for transport and installation of the product
ATTENTION! Installation and connection of the product may be made only by qualifi ed personnel.
The product may only be placed on a hard, fl at, even and non-fl ammable surface. The substrate should withstand the weight of
the device, and the food which it contains.
You must provide the space at least 10 cm around the product and provide a place you will need to open the lid. This will allow for
proper ventilation of the product. Do not place eg. a table near the edge. You should not place any objects on the product.
Any electrical devices should be placed above the product. During operation water vapor is released, it can cause an electrical
short circuit and cause electric shock.
It is forbidden to drill any holes in the product, as well as any other product modifi cation, which is not described in the manual.
The product may be transported only when it is cooled down and empty.
The temperature at the place of installation and operation of the product must be in the range of + 10
C ÷ +38
C, and relative

humidity must be below 90%.
Recommendations for fi lling the product with water
Attention! It is forbidden to fi ll the product during its work. Before the fi lling of the product with water, turn off the product, and the
plug of the power cable disconnect from the mains socket.
If during fi lling the food will be splashed around, It should be thoroughly cleaned before connecting the product to the power
supply.
Do not overfi ll the tank. Between the top edge of the tank and the food level, you should leave at least 3 cm of a free space.
Always close the lid of the tank when the food is not served.
Do not use the empty product. The product has a temperature protection, which will prevent its starting with the tank which is
empty or not fi lled enough. If the product would start up anyway, you must turn off the product, fi ll it up and start it again.
Do not fi ll the product with water by immersing it in food. Do not carry the fi lled product.
