Problem
Bad sound quality

Solution
- Replace the batteries.
- Move the extension cable away from other wireless devices.
(like Wireless network routers, mouse and keyboard)
- If you are using the product around large metal surfaces, place the
cable further away or remove the metal surface.
- Maximum wireless range is 15m, but walls or big objects may
reduce the range
This is normal behaviour. If this is bothering you can use the volume
control of your music player software.
- Replace the batteries.
- Make the headset your default audio device. See step '4' or '8'
- Connect the USB extension cable to another USB port. (preferred
on the backside of the PC)
- Move the extension cable away from other wireless devices.
(like Wireless network routers, mouse and keyboard)
Increase the microphone volume and check if wireless headset is set
as default device. Follow steps from '4' or '8'
