Mounting Schüco Modules
A suitable installation system must be used to ensure that
the modules are fixed in position such that there are no fatal
injuries or damage to people or property.
The module will be installed using a clamp in the areas
described on the long frame side (±40 mm /±1½")
maximum permissible load-bearing capacity also then applies
for this type of fixing.
Instructions (e.g. retaining clips) are available in the installation
and operating instructions for the „Schüco MSE 210 system".
The mounting rails used must be designed to support expected
snow and wind loads. The wind and snow loads expected
of the module may not exceed the permitted load-bearing
capacity of the module.
Depending on the type and construction of mounting rails, the
modules must be rear-ventilated sufficiently to avoid a drop in
yield or structural damage.
A fireproof barrier has to be used under the
modules.
