General Information
Assembly: Insert one side of the spreader bar into the other until the spring
button pops through the hole. Repeat on other side.
When using with hammock stand, (not included) make sure that the
hammock is connected securely, and that the stand is on a flat, stable area
before entering. Secure hammock to the hammock stand by attaching the
stainless steel O-ring directly to a carabiner.
Hammock, chains, and carabiners are included. Hammock is intended for use
with appropriate hammock stand. If affixing hammock to another surface,
please use personal discretion, read and follow instructions coming with
hanging apparatus, and consult a professional for safety.

Entry/Exit
Always use caution and personal discretion regarding your fitness and the safety of your surroundings when entering, exiting, or occupying the
hammock.
1. To enter, approach the hammock. Turn so
that you're facing away from the hammock
and slowly back towards while pulling the
fabric towards you.
4. Once in position, relax. Do not swing in
hammock.
5. To exit, reverse steps. Make sure feet are
flat and firmly on the ground and center your
weight before slowly standing.

2. Slowly lower yourself towards the
hammock, making sure the fabric is fully
supporting your weight before lifting your
feet from the ground.
Do not enter hammock feet first.

3. While maintaining your balance, carefully
move your legs onto the hammock
