Congratulations on your purchase of the BOB
your child with added comfort. Proper installation and care will provide years of reliable
service.
Before attempting to use or attach your new Warm Fuzzy, read and understand
these instructions completely to ensure proper assembly and operation. If you are
unclear on any point, contact your dealer or Britax Child Safety, Inc. before use.
FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE WARNINGS AND ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
COULD RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH.
It is important that the Warm Fuzzy is installed correctly. Improper installation
can interfere with the function of the seat harness, resulting in your child not
being properly secured and possible injury.
These instructions are written specifically for the installation of the Warm Fuzzy
in a BOB Stroller. If you are installing the Warm Fuzzy in another brand of stroller,
you need to ensure that it is installed correctly and does not interfere with the
proper function of the child restraint/harness system. Failure to do so can result
in injury to your child.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Fig. 1 illustrates the components of the harness system. Unfasten crotch strap
buckle.
2. Unfasten all hook & loop sections (red on back side) of Warm Fuzzy.
3. Place Warm Fuzzy in the stroller seat, making sure the two parallel slots are placed
against the seat back and the single slot is on the seat bottom.
4. Tuck the Warm Fuzzy into the upper and lower corners of the seat back.
5. Locate the crotch strap and route it through the single slot (Fig 2).
6. Route each shoulder strap forward, through upper part of each respective slot on
Warm Fuzzy seat back (Fig. 2 and 3).
7. Route hip belt forward, through lower part of each respective parallel slot on Warm
Fuzzy seat back (Fig. 3).
8. Route harness anchor straps on top of Warm Fuzzy seat bottom. (Fig. 2 and 3).
9. Align and fasten all four sets of red hook & loop fasteners of Warm Fuzzy.
10. Connect the crotch buckles (Fig. 4). Make sure the straps are not twisted. The
Warm Fuzzy is correctly installed with Harness components fully accessible and buckles
fastened (Fig. 4).
11. To properly secure your child in the stroller, refer to your stroller Owner's Manual.
NOTE: When using with a BOB Motion, lift the front of the Warm Fuzzy from the crotch
strap to access the Fold Strap (Fig. 5).
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Hand wash warm, dry flat, do not dry clean or iron.
LIMITED WARRANTY
We take pride in the workmanship of BOB Gear
the best products possible. Therefore, we warranty our Warm Fuzzy against defects
in material and workmanship for the periods and parts set below. Since no product is
indestructible, it does not cover defects attributable to or resulting from normal wear,
abuse or alteration.
COMPONENTS
Components and fabric are warranted for one year. Warranty is only valid for the original
purchaser. Proof of purchase is required to exercise this warranty. Labor and freight
charges are not included. Britax reserves the right to discontinue or change fabrics, parts,
models or products, or to make substitutions.
NORMAL WEAR
Normal wear, corrosion, neglect, abuse, accidents, improper assembly or maintenance,
or the installation of parts or accessories not compatible with the original intended use of
the Warm Fuzzy, as sold, are not covered by this warranty.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
Warranty claims must be made through an authorized dealer or BOB Gear
Customer Service.
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective part. Britax shall in
no event be responsible for consequential or special damages.
This limited warranty is the only express or implied warranty applicable to this BOB Gear
product and is warranted by Britax Child Safety, Inc. Any implied warranties, including
warranties of merchantability and fitness shall be limited in scope and duration in
accordance with this limited warranty.
