Before first use

The remote control uses one 3V button type battery (CR2025 included);
please install the battery as shown below.
1) Separate the battery support (1) from the remote control.
2) Install the battery properly (the battery will only fit in one direction).
3) Install the battery support and battery into the remote control.

Safety Issues

1. This unit is rated at 120V/60Hz AC only.
2. Always unplug the power cord from the socket before cleaning,
replacing the filters or before moving to another location. Please hold
the plug while unplugging the unit.
3. Do not handle the plug with wet hands;
4. Do not use the unit when the power cord or the socket is damaged or
too loose when plugged in, and contact OpulAire customer service as
soon as possible.
5. Please do not over bend, extend, pull, twist, bind, stress, press or
damage the power cord in any way.
6. Never attempt to replace the power cord by yourself. In case of
damage, it must be replaced by an authorized OpulAire LLC professional
service provider.
7. Do not place any obstructions directly on the intake or outlet grilles.
8. This unit is manufactured for indoor use only. Please do not use
under high humidity conditions.
