IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. INSTRUCTIONS - Damage or injuries may result if the umbrella is not assembled and used as described here in. For safe use, it is
essential that anyone using the umbrella should have read all the instructions in advance. Only persons familiar with all safety aspects
should operate this umbrella. When operating the sunshade, make sure that no persons and/or objects are within reach of the moving
parts. Otherwise, physical injuries and/or material damages might be caused.
2. PRECAUTIONS - The umbrella is intended for sun protection, not as protection from all bad weather. It must be closed in case of strong
winds or storms, as well as heavy rain or snow. When you are not at home and whenever it is not under control, always close or remove
the umbrella from the frame.
3. STORING - Store umbrella during winter months in a dry place.
4. WARNING - Umbrella fabric is water repellant, NOT waterproof.
5. MAINTENANCE AND CARE - Open the wet sunshade to dry. Put the protective cover only on a dry sunshade. Store the dry sunshade
in a sheltered place. Possible slide marks on the aluminium bars may be wiped off with a wet cloth. Use only original Umbrosa spare parts.
6. LIFESPAN - Proper care and regular maintenance make sure that your PARAFLEX EVOLUTION will give you lots of joy for many years.
The sunshade consists of metal and synthetic pieces. The disposal at the end of the lifetime has to be carried out according to the regional
rules governing such matters as environment and disposal methods.
7. WARRANTY - Umbrosa provides a 2 year warranty on manufacturing defects. The warranty applies only when the products are used
in accordance with the owner's manual, and properly installed and maintained. The original purchase invoice containing the date of
invoicing is your only proof of warranty, and is needed prior to applying the warranty, and starts on the purchase date of the goods. To
make the warranty process go smoothly, please address warranty issues to your original point of purchase. They will liaise with Umbrosa
Customer Service. Please be prepared to provide the product serial number and digital photos of the problem to make sure the issue is
quickly and properly resolved. If the warranty clause applies, Umbrosa commits to replace or repair the defective parts only. Other costs
such as the transportation of goods, labor to make repairs etc. is the customers responsibility. Products for commercial use as for hotels,
restaurants, etc. reduces the terms of the warranty to 1 year.
