4. Mark the fender through mud flap hole #3 and use as a guide to install spring nut (k).
5. Install mud flap hole #3 to the spring nut (k) using a cap screw (g) and flat washer (b)
6. Using a square or bubble level, ensure that the mud flap is level. Tighten all fasteners.
7. Drill a ¼" hole through the factory liner to create hole #5 and through the innermost part of the mud flap to create
hole #6.
8. Install machine screw through a flat washer (c) and through the liner hole #5. Place spacer (l)
between the liner and the mud flap, and finish installing the screw through the mud flap hole #5. Secure using a
flat washer (c), lock washer (i) and hex nut (j).
9. Repeat procedure for the passenger side.
