1.- Edit the General tab:
Profile Name: Enter the Profile name which identifies the configuration profile.
This name must be unique.
Network Name (SSID): Shows the wireless network name.
Network Type: The type of network and the station currently connected are
shown here:
• Infraestructure (access point).
• Ad Hoc.
Security Type: Shows the level security of each network. It includes 3 options:
• NONE: Without security in the connection.
• WEP: Security protocol with a established security key. By selecting this option
you need to indicate the encryption type (open / shared) and enter the index of
the security key.
• WPA-PSK/WPA2-PSK: Protected Access Wi-Fi. The protocol security key
changes constantly.
Encryption Type: Indicates the type of encryption that the driver is using. To set
the encryption type, select Security Type in Profile.
Security key: Enter the security key to connect the network. Enable or disable
the option to show / hide the key characters (Show characters).
Start this connection automatically: Enable or disable the option to start the
connection automatically.
Save/Cancel: Use the options to save or cancel the data.
The first profile in the list has the highest priority, and the last will have a low priority.
