The belt tension measuring screen are illustrated below
As the " + or –" signs increase, the deviation from the recommended assembly voltage
increases.

The correct position of the sensor with respect to
the belt is as follows:
The distance between the green led and the belt
should be between 10 to 15 mm.
The sensor should be perpendicular to the belt
(preferably along the side )
Every time a valid value is measured, an acoustic
signal is emitted.
Should the
measured tension
be above the
nominal tension, the
screen will display
up to 3 "+" signs.
Should the
measured tension
be under the
nominal tension, the
screen will display
up to 3 "-" signs.
Should tension
value be correct, the
screen will display
" OK "
When this condition
is achieved, the test
is considered
completed.
