D. CHARGING
The new battery is ready to be immediately installed but, if its voltage is not above 12.8 V, it is
recommended to charge it fully before use.
ATTENTION:
1. Use only for charging battery chargers specific for Lithium-Iron-Phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries.
2. Follow the parameters indicated below for the charge powers:

Charge the battery with a current less than the maximum specified in the table.
3. To guarantee maximum operational battery life, do not charge at the maximum current for
more than 30 minutes, even if the battery is completely discharged.
4. The charge voltage must never exceed 15V.
5. If the battery heats up excessively, stop charging and wait until it has cooled down before
continuing with charging.
6. After charging, wait at least once hour before checking the voltage.
7. If the voltage is below 12.8V the battery must be charged further.
