WARRANTY CERTIFICATE
Dear Customer, thank you very much for choosing our company. The product has 24 month warranty from
the purchase date. In case of malfunction, the product shall be delivered to an Authorised Technical
Support Centre. Keep this warranty and, if technical support is needed, dully and fully fill it and deliver it
with the product, otherwise the warranty shall not be valid. Some important rules governing the warranty
are specified below: 1) The appliance is warranted by Manufacturer for 24 months from the purchase
date. (For ironing systems with copper boiler, the boiler has a 5-year warranty. This warranty exclusively
includes the free replacement of the boiler. Other possibly damaged components are not covered by the
warranty). The purchase date must be proven by a fiscally valid document issued by the dealer to the first
user, specifying the dealer name and the date of sale. 2) The warranty is valid if this warranty certificate is
kept with the fiscal document received upon purchase. In technical support is required, both documents
shall be duly filled in and shown to technical personnel. 3) Warranty covers the replacement or free repair
of the appliance components being faulty at the origin due to manufacturing defects. 4) The warranty does
not cover the components subject to wear after normal use, as well as all parts possibly faulty due to
negligence or malpractice, non compliance with appliance operation and maintenance instructions
described in details in the instruction manual, maintenance or repairs performed by unauthorized personnel
or repairs performed with non original spare parts, damages from transportation or any circumstance which
cannot be referred to manufacturing defects of the appliance, in any case. Maintenance described in details
in the instructions manual is not included either. The warranty is also excluded in all improper uses of
appliance. 5) Manufacturer rejects any responsibility for any damage possibly provoked, directly or
indirectly, to persons, animals and things because of non respect of all indications contained in the relevant
instruction manual. 6) Expenses for product shipping and transport to the Authorised Technical Support
Centre are charged to the user. 7) After 24 months from the purchase date, the warranty expires and
technical support is anyway provided for by charging transport, spare parts and labour expenses
according to the normal rates applied. 8) This is the only valid warranty Nobody is authorized to modify its
terms or issue other oral or written warranties. 9) Repairs performed do not extend or renew the warranty
itself. Appliance replacement due to malfunction is not included. If, during an operation, our technical
personnel realizes that the real status of appliance does not correspond to the purchase date specified, as it
can be easily understood by appliance typical features, the warranty is void. 10) The technical assistance
procedures herein specified do not affect any consumer's rights as specified by the standards in force at the
product purchase.
IN CASE OF MALFUNCTION, FILL IN THE CARD AND DELIVER IT TO THE TECHNICAL SUPPORT CENTRE WITH THE FISCAL DOCUMENT
