The WS 75 moves on the guide-way [15] by sliding guides [16] made of a special material composition, thus
a vibration free and long living usage is possible.
The guide-ways are made of a hardened and very rigid aluminum. The lateral V-guide-ways are saved of
wear out by high-grade steel profiles.
The guide-way is fixed by two clamping paws [17] on at least two clamping brackets [18] that are doweled
on the working place.
The WS 75, resp. its electrical parts like motors and electric connecters are designed in IP55 and thus
water protected.
The saw motor is water cooled, i.e. the cooling and cleaning water for the saw blade flow through the
cooling helix of the motor before being lead through the working spindle directly to the middle of the tool.

3.2.2 Mains plug

A phase inverter is fixed in the mains plug.
With a big screw driver it is possible to change the rotation by distorting of two phases (contact pins).
3.2.3 Gear
In the rotation arm there is a oil lubricated gear integrated which adjusts the motor speed to the required
peripheral speed.
An integrated overload clutch absorbs the peak overload.

3.2.4 Control system

The complete control system is placed in a control box on which are fitted the control elements. The control
box can be carried by the operator through a belly belt.
In this control system there are essentially integrated the following modules:
Phase control
- the saw motor can only be started if the mains phase sequence is correct which is
Motor control
- both feed motors are driven by this control system, in doing so an integrated current
Motor protection - a red LED shows that the saw motor is overloaded. If this is ignored by the operator
The control system is connected with the terminal case via a power connector and a multipolar wire, there
the power supply is distributed to the three motors.
The W S 75 H is a high cycle wall saw which energy is supplied from a high cycle converter which is
assembled together with the mains filters in a converter box. The converter is cooled by water. Please pay
attention for the flow direction of this water like shown on the converter box. The cooling water flows first
through the converter and then to the saw motor.
The motor speed can be increased or decreased in steps of 100 1/min by pressing the start button:
short pressing
long pressing

Scope of delivery

Wall saw support complete with saw motor, blade guard, control system, guide-way 2,18 m, 2 fixing
brackets, 2 stop dogs, 1 engineers wrench, 2 hexagon screws M12x60, 2 hexagon flange nuts, for WS 75
H the converter box.
Accessories: Guide-way 1,09 m, flush blade guard, transporter, control system cable (Extension).
indicated by a green LED. Thus it is avoided that the motor is used in wrong turning
direction.
control is responsible for a nearly constant torque.
This regulation is overlaid by another current control which adjusts the feed power to
the power input of the saw motor.
the control system switches the equipment off after an appropriate time. The motor
is supplementarily thermal protected, i.e. when the temperature in the winding is too
high the equipment is also being switched off.
In this case let the water cooling absolutely keep on flowing. After approx. 30
seconds the control system should be able to switch on again.
