Now put the guide-way on the brackets and tighten it after straightening.
Now straighten the brackets in a distance of 96mm between saw blade and bracket edge (s. drawing).
Take care that the brackets are assembled absolutely tight and can not detach during the operation.
Put the stop dogs [35] to the desired position on the guide-way, in any case to the end points of the guide-
way.
Attention: do not operate the wall saw without the end stop dogs, because else the wall saw may
be leave the guide-way and thus cause considerable damages.
If it is required to cut longer then 2 m you might couple the guide-ways by a further bracket. In this case both
guide-ways will be joint in the middle of the bracket. Please pay attention, that the change-over is not
displaced and absolutely closed together.
Please note that the wall saw is only to be fixed on the track, resp. the track on the fixing brackets according
to the drawing in the cover of this manual.
5.2
Taking off the motor from the support
Unscrew the nut [22] until you realize a distinct resistance.
Now hold the motor on the handle [23], push it anticlockwise to the sawing fence and take the motor off.
5.3
Putting the support onto the guide-way
Take the support with both hands on the corresponding handles [24] and put it onto the guide-way as shown
on the drawing.
Now assemble the support on the guide-way by swinging the both swivel bearings [14] over the excenter
axis with both adjusting screws [12].
5.4
Putting the saw motor onto the support
Put the saw motor [3] carefully by light turning in axis direction onto the support and take care that the
connecting place is not dirty. If the adapter flange [19] is very tight on the connecting place of the support,
turn the motor clockwise to the sawing fence.
Attention: Locking block [25] must be in the oblong hole of the adapter flange!
Now tighten the locking screw [26] clockwise. Put on the quick coupling [25].
5.5
Cutting tool - Assembling the saw blade
If you don't have to cut flush, always choose the standard mounting with plate flange and hexagon nut. Put
the saw blade onto the hub and fasten it with plate flange and hexagon head screw.
If you cut flush, you have to assemble the blade on the spindle flange [11] one-sided with the delivered six
countersunk screws [10] M8x10.
Always use the blade in the same rotary direction.
Put the blade guard onto the blade guide-way and hang the clamping jaw with the tension springs into the
spring holder.
Attention: never work without the blade guard.
5.6
Electrical connection and cooling water connection
Connect the motor plug of both feed motors [27] with both basic units [28] on the terminal case, take care
that the cables don't cross.
Connect the control system cable with the control system box.
Connect the mains cord of the control box with a grounded and equipped with a neutral wire CEE plug
according to the regulations - see 2.1.
If the green LED with the denotation PHASE doesn't shine, please plug out the mains plug and change the
phases in the plug by turning the corresponding poles with a big screw driver for 180°.
If the green LED still doesn't show, a phase is probably missing. In this case please check the line wire and
the fuses.
If you can't solve the problem please contact an electrical expert.
Connect the water hose via a Gardena coupling - or our Brass coupling part no: 7012030 - with the saw
motors nipple [20].
