PREPARATION FOR OPERATION
Join two parts of the lever together, place assembled lever in its socket and secure with lever lock by screwing in the lock.
LIFTING:
Turn the lever clockwise to close the release valve. Secure the vehicle against moving. Place the jack under the vehicle at
appropriate spot (see the user manual of the vehicle for reference). Move the lever up and down to pump until the vehicle is
lifted to desired height.
LOWERING:
Turn the lever to open the release valve (to do so, SLOWLY turn the lever counter-clockwise).
WARNING! : TURN THE LEVER SLOWLY! LOWER A VEHICLE SLOWLY! DO NOT MAKE MORE THAN ONE FULL TURN.
After the vehicle has been lowered, remove the jack from under it.
OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE
REMOVING AIR FROM HYDRAULIC SYSTEM (AIR BLEEDING)
air from the hydraulic system:
Open the release valve.
Remove (unscrew) the plug from the jack cylinder hole.
Firmly pump few times with the lever to remove air from the system.
Close the release valve.
Reinstall the plug.
After air bleeding the jack should operate properly. Otherwise, repeat the procedure as long as necessary.
PREVENTING CORROSION
Protect the jack against humidity. When it comes to contact with moisture, wipe the jack dry and lubricate all visible parts of the jack.
