SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Intended use
The press is designed for pressing (juice extraction) pitted and ground or
crushed fruit such as grapes, apples or pears. The press is only suitable for
pressing with water pressure, not for pressing with air pressure.
General information
WARNING
Danger of explosion! The press may only be operated with
water pressure, never with air pressure. Otherwise, persons
may be seriously injured and the unit may be destroyed.
• To avoid an air buffer inside the membrane, push the vent piston
downwards until the air has completely escaped and water escapes from
the unit.
• The rubber membrane must be protected from sharp objects and sunlight,
otherwise it will become brittle.
• Place the unit on a level and stable surface.
• To ensure a long service life of the diaphragm, the press should preferably
be stored in a dark room protected from sunlight. Rubber products age
faster and become brittle as a result of exposure to sunlight.
• The press may only be used for its intended purpose and in a technically
perfect condition. Please check that the device is in perfect condition
before each use.
• Children from the age of 8, mentally, sensory and physically handicapped
persons may only use the device if they have been thoroughly familiarised
with the functions and safety precautions by a supervisor responsible for
them and understand the associated risks.
• Children may be injured by the packaging materials! Therefore, dispose of
the packaging materials immediately.
